If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Bible, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-returnable items

Used, damaged-by-customer, personalized, or late-returned products may not be eligible for a refund.
